Mindful Movement at We Move Forward

Yoga, pilates, meditation, dance, light body breaks, a brisk walk on the seawall or a leisurely stroll on the beach…all of these movement options are offered to We Move Forward participants.  The skillful and internationally acclaimed Kim Kraushar, will once again be leading the mindful movement team.  She has planned sessions geared toward all fitness and age levels, and will be bringing a blend of enjoyable body breaks into the community room this year.  Kim is once again offering STOTT PILATES® and Qignition – the fun choreographed group dance session that will have us doing a little Bollywood, Salsa & Disco.  Meet Kim in this video, taped at the We Move Forward venue – The Avalon Reef Hotel.
